Was the Fojnica riverbed built by an ancient intelligent race or races?
Ancient built structures -- artificial concrete and clay-and-claystone hills and pyramid-like structures -- line both sides of the Fojnica river from Visoko to Kiseljak.
Tying together structures at the base creates a stronger complex. Therefore:
a) It makes sense that the ancients would tie their structures together at the base. And the center of that base would then become a channel for water.
b) It makes sense that the ancients intentionally built a riverbed to direct the course and speed of water. (As pyramid researchers and enthusiasts know, both underground and above-ground water are recurring elements in ancient pyramid complexes.)

1. Artificially baked and hardened textured claystone plates of varying thicknesses compose the Fojnica River riverbed.

5. Riverbed adhered and inclined claystone layers are angled at different angles (between parallel and perpendicular) to the flow of the river to create differential shaping and braking of the water flow.

6. Most riverbed and riverbank claystone plates were artificially textured -- gouged and sculpted -- on their top surfaces, to one degree or another, possibly for the purposes of a) increasing water turbulence to create energetic vortexes and/or health-giving negative ions, b) braking water flow, and/or c) increasing earth or cosmic energy conductivity (flow).

7. Claystone plates are most prevalent and most raised on the outside of river bends, thus serving a) to more effectively brake the river's strongest flow and b) to channel the river's flow toward the inside of the bend, thus c) more effectively preventing erosion to the riverbank on the outside of the river channel, thus d) preventing water flow from eroding pyramids and other ancient built structures at the base.

8. The thickness of adhered structural claystone plates increases at points on the river where flow rate is higher (faster). "Step-downs" have the thickest plates.

Main Conclusion: The ancients built a river
The team found on August 8, 2015 that an intelligent race or races in the distant past built a riverbed and riverbanks at the base of ancient artificial structures -- pyramids and other structures -- lining the Fojnica River in and near Visoko, Bosnia.
The team found that what many call "the ancients" built a riverbed and riverbanks to contain a river that would run in a fully controlled fashion past their artificially constructed pyramids, hills, tumuli, and tunnel entrances in the Bosnian Valley of the Pyramids.
